Hayes Highlights Private School Draftees

Tomball Concordia Lutheran star Ke’Bryan Hayes highlighted the state of Texas private school draftee list. Hayes, selected 32nd overall by the Pirates, was a first team all-state and all-state tournament selection at third base. His father, Charlie Hayes, also played third in the majors. Hayes finished the season at Concordia with a .436 average, 27 RBI, 3 HR, and 16 doubles.
